We are happy to welcome you at our Hotel and we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The following information shall help you to familiarize yourself with all our facilities. In case you have any additional requests or whishes, please do not hesitate to ask our receptionists for assistance.

MORNING CALL: Just ask at the reception desk to schedule a wake-up call, dial 9.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: We have additional blankets, soaps, pillows, towels, face cloths and similar items available at no additional cost at the reception. Please contact us by dialing 9.

ELECTRIC OUTLETS: All electric outlets in your room are off when your room key card is not inserted in the control box. If you would like an additional card so that you may charge any appliances please ask at reception.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET: HSI is available in whole hotel. We provide WIFI.
You may access this service by connecting your laptop and accessing the internet by the use of your browser. You don´t need any password. If needed obtain help by contacting reception by dialing 9.

COFFEE / TEA: A coffee / tea maker and supplies are available free of charge if the Hotel Restaurant is closed, by contacting reception. We deliver complimentary tea and coffee to your room 24 hours a day. Please contact us by dialing 9.

COPY and FAX: Available 24 hours a day at the reception desk.


DOCTOR – medical emergency: In case you need medical assistance please contact the reception desk by dialing 9.

SNACKS & BEVERAGES: Snacks and cold beverages (including bottled water) are available 24 hours per day at the reception.

TAP WATER: Please be advised that the tap water in our region is safe to drink.

FIRE EMERGENCY: Please read the fire precautions notice located hanging on the wall at the entrance to the room and familiarize yourself with the location of the fire exits. In case of any emergency please call the front desk immediately at 9.

RECEPTION: Our reception desk is staffed 24-hours a day.

Restaurant: Resort hotel has two restaurants. The hotel, which is available for breakfast and possible dinner. Furthermore, the Garden Restaurant for all day dining.


Our hotel has three meeting rooms of various size intended for meetings, training courses etc. For more information please ask reception.

SAUNA: If you want to enjoy relax in the hotel sauna, reserve it approximately 1 hour in advance at the reception. Please, call the front desk at 9 for reservation.

BREAKFAST: Enjoy our rich buffet breakfast between 7 am and 10 am every day in our Breakfast Room located on the ground floor.

TELEPHONE: You can reach the reception desk at 9.

TOILETRIES ADDITIONAL: Have you forgotten something? We are happy to provide you with a toothbrush, razor, sewing kit etc. These amenities are free of charge and are available at the reception desk 24 hours a day.

SAFE: Please put your valuables into the in-room safe box or in the hotel safe.  Otherwise we cannot accept liability for any loss.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: In case you already have checked out and you want to store your luggage until your departure time please ask at the reception desk. We have a designated room where you can leave your luggage. This service is also available during your stay at our hotel

FAN: Our hotel is not fully air-conditioned. Fans are available at the reception.

LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE: Please ask at the reception desk for assistance. We are happy to help you 24 hours a day.

IRON / IRONBOARD: Please ask at the reception desk for an iron / ironing board that you can take to your room. If you prefer we can do the ironing for you from 7 am till 3 pm, from Monday till Friday.
