We are happy to welcome you at our Hotel and we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The following information shall help you to familiarize yourself with all our facilities. In case you have any additional requests or whishes, please do not hesitate to ask our receptionists for assistance.

BREAKFAST: Our rich buffet breakfast can be enjoyed daily from 07:00 to 10:00 in the ground floor in hotel restaurant.

COFFEE/ TEA: If you want to prepare your own coffee or tea, please contact us at the reception where we can lend you everything you need.

COPYING: You can request this service and more information about it at our 24-hour reception.


DOCTOR: If you need medical help, please contact our reception number 9.

ELECTRIC POWER: Activate the electrical current in your room by inserting the card into the control box. If you want to charge your electrical appliances even during your absence, please ask for a second card at the reception desk.

FAN: Our hotel is not fully air-conditioned. In the hot days, there is a fan in your room.

FIRE EMERGENCY: Please read the fire precautions notice located hanging on the wall at the entrance to the room and familiarize yourself with the location of the fire exits. In case of any emergency please call the front desk immediately number 9.

IRON/ IRONING BOARD: Please ask at the reception desk for an iron / ironing board. If you prefer we can do the ironing for you from 7 am till 3 pm, from Monday till Friday for a fee.

LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE: Please ask at the reception desk for assistance. We are happy to help you at any time.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: In case you already have checked out and you want to store your luggage until your departure time please ask at the reception desk. We have a designated room where you can leave your luggage free of charge.

MEETING ROOMS: Our hotel has three meeting rooms of various size suitable for conferences, meetings, training courses etc. For more information please ask reception.

MORNING CALL: If  you  wish to  be  waken up,  simply  inform the reception number 9.

OTHER FREE SERVICES: If you need another pillow, towel, etc., call the reception number 9 at any time.

RECEPTION: We are at our reception 24 hours a day and you can call us at number 9.

RESTAURANT: The hotel resort has two restaurants. The hotel restaurant is available for breakfast, and above all – the Garden Restaurant, where we offer all-day dining. (From 10:00 to 22:00)

SAUNA: Hotel sauna can be used at any time, its operation is until 24:00. However, reservation is required at least 1 hour in advance. The sauna has a separate entrance from the side of the hotel. There is a cloakroom, a rest room, a cooling pool, a shower, a toilet and a radio. At the reception you will receive the necessary items for sauna (bed sheet, bath towel). For hotel guests the sauna is available at a discounted price. For reservation, call the reception number 9.

SAFE:  Please put your valuables into the in-room safe box or in the hotel safe. Otherwise we cannot accept liability for any loss.

SNACKS & BEVERAGES: Snacks and cold beverages (including bottled water) are available 24 hours per day at the reception.

TAP WATER: Please be advised that the tap water in our region is safe to drink.

TOILETRIES ADDITIONAL: Did you forget something at home? Toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, sanitary accessories, sewing accessories and others are available at the reception.
